2025 Technique Camp

The technique camp will focus on all three positions. Over the course of four days, instruction will cover hand fighting, setups, finishes, counter-attacks, and defense. The main focus for top and bottom wrestling will be leg riding, controlling wrists, tilts, breakdowns, and mat returns. Participants will build on existing knowledge of wrestling fundamentals by preforming a multitude of drills, sparring, positional live wrestling, and match simulations. The goal for this camp from our staff is to help the attendees master the techniques shown so they can utilize it for the rest of their wrestling careers.
